Egg Hunt & Festive Buffet
Everness invites you to celebrate Easter with a lavish buffet combining seasonal flavors and gourmet delights.
For the enjoyment of our younger guests, an Easter egg hunt will take place in the hotel gardens, weather permitting!

Refined asparagus verrines, seared king prawns, sea bream tartare and gourmet creations, accompanied by smoked salmon, local cheeses and cured meats, beef tartare, asparagus variations, wraps and grilled eggplant to share.
Live cooking highlights include creamy asparagus risotto and slow-braised lamb shoulder, followed by salmon fillet prepared Wellington-style.

Children aged 5 to 15: CHF 39 special kids’ buffet (burger, chicken strips, fries)
