I am a hotel resident, do I have access to the swimming pool? Yes, you have access to the swimming pool every day from 07:00 to 21:00, free of charge.
I’m not a hotel resident, do I have access to the swimming pool? Adult visitors over 18 years of age are accepted, from 10:00 to 4pm, with a day pass payable at reception of CHF 90.-, including a CH50.- credit at the bar/restaurant.
I’m a restaurant guest, do I have access? Only with the purchase of a day pass, adult over 18 years of age.
I am at the Wellness or having a Spa treatment (with no room), do I have an access to the pool? You don’t have an access to the pool. You can buy a daily pass at the reception (CHF 90.- with a credit of 50.- to use at the bar or restaurant).
What about children? Only available if you have a room reservation. Children under 14 must be supervised by their parents.
If you do not have a room, under-18s are not allowed access to the pool.
Are pets allowed in the gardens? Pets are allowed in the hotel but not in the swimming pool area.
Are food and drinks allowed at the pool? Not allowed around the pool (no glass allowed).
Do I have access to the restaurant? Yes, subject to table reservation.
Is wearing a swimming costume compulsory? Swimming costumes must be worn. Only swimming trunks or T-shirts are permitted and must be no longer than knee-length, with sleeves no longer than elbow-length.
What is the dress code at the Everness Gardens? Close to the restaurant, correct dress is required. No bare feet inside the restaurant.
Can I wear a swimming costume in the bar and restaurant? You must be dressed.
