I am a hotel resident, do I have access to the swimming pool? Yes, you have access to the swimming pool every day from 07:00 to 21:00, free of charge.
I’m not a hotel resident, do I have access to the swimming pool? Visitors are accepted, from 10am to 4pm, with a day pass payable at reception of CHF 90.-, including a CH 50.- credit at the bar/restaurant for adults and CHF 65.-, including a CHF 25.- credit at the bar/restaurant for children.
I’m a restaurant guest, do I have access? Only with the purchase of a day pass.
I am at the Wellness or having a Spa treatment (with no room), do I have an access to the pool? You can use the swimming pool for CHF 40.
What about children? Childen have access to the swimming pool. Children under 14 must be supervised by their parents.
Are pets allowed in the gardens? Pets are allowed in the hotel but not in the swimming pool area.
Are food and drinks allowed at the pool? Not allowed around the pool (no glass allowed).
Do I have access to the restaurant? Yes, subject to table reservation.
Is wearing a swimming costume compulsory? Swimming costumes must be worn. Only swimming trunks or T-shirts are permitted and must be no longer than knee-length, with sleeves no longer than elbow-length.
What is the dress code at the Everness Gardens? Close to the restaurant, correct dress is required. No bare feet inside the restaurant.
Can I wear a swimming costume in the bar and restaurant? You must be dressed.
